Objectives

The Smart ICT Engineer designs, plans, develops and implements the architectures, platforms and technical and technological solutions of modern intelligent telecommunications networks, in accordance with the needs and the strategy of the company or the customer. They are responsible for the proper functioning and quality of the infrastructure in terms of hardware and software. Furthermore, they participate in its development and manage integration and modernization projects.
They then advise and guide the company's choices in terms of intelligent technological solutions, and can participate in negotiations with service providers. Moreover, they can also supervise service providers (network technicians) if the team is large.
The Smart ICT engineer may also supervise technology transfer operations (infrastructure relocation, back up annex site and others) and carry out monitoring and resource optimization operations.
